27 mars 2020 - Funds are given to Anodyne in the 2020 COVID Relief Bill

Description:

$120M are allocated to the "expansion of resource exploration, extraction, refinement and transportation activities" for commercial leases within the Permian Basin Superorganism Exclusion Zone.

$4M is also awarded to staff direct severance and early retirement benefits, as the DoI appears to be handing over commercialization leases to Anodyne- which is given $116M to begin corporate reorganization and growth. They are also given an additional $95M to construct a new logistical/processing facility.
