15 déc. 1791 - Bill of Rights
Description:
After unfair treatment from the British, Americans created the Bill of Rights which protected the natural rights of a citizen. The Bill of Rights was a contributing factor to the civil war because it only protected the rights of some people, not slaves. This was contradictory because they criticized Britain for treating them differently, yet they treat slaves as an object and rose conflict that eventually lead to the civil war.
