Johnny attended and was the special guest on Ian Hunter & The Rant Band’s first show on the “2017 West Coast Mini-Tour”, at the Teragram Ballroom, in Los Angeles, California.On that day, Johnny attended the show with Ross Halfin and joined on stage in the middle of the show to play guitar in “Bastard” and Ian’s cover of The Velvet Underground “Sweet Jane”. Later, Johnny returned on stage to close the show playing “All the Young Dudes”.
On the next day, Johnny played again on their second show, in San Juan Capistrano, California.
