Founded by Jean Monnet, it was the creation of a community which shared the idea of freedom of movement, capital, services and goods.
This is a regional organization with the broad intent to bring economic integration among its members

The four freedoms granted by this Institutions were:

1) Free Movement of Capital

2) Free Movement of Goods

3) Free Movement of Services

4) Free movement of Labour (Workers)
