Patrick Henry gave a speech regarding the Stamp Act, but also criticized not only the Parliament, but also King George III. King George III insinuating that he may have the fate of Julius Caesar. When delegates screamed "treason", Henry paused and said, "If this be treason, make the most of it." He was one of the first to speak against the king.
