Description:

Herod summoned all of Israel's Leaders to Jericho for the purposes of 'consultation'.
He locked them all in the hippodrome and ordered Salome to kill them when he dies so that Israel mourns his death!
Salome (unless there was another in the household) was only born in approx. 14BC, giving her the unenviable task to murder the Jews at only 10 years old. This is probably why she didn't do it only 11 days later.
