Valley Forge was the Continental Army's quarters.George Washington wanted to camp near Philadelphia because they wanted to watch the British.Valley Forge had many natural barriers. The conditions at Valley Forge were very harsh. It was cold, crowded, and miserable for the soldiers. They didn't have enough food and resources.
