Amber is arrested for DUI.Her license is suspended for 4 years - from December 9, 2003 to November 8, 2007.
This is a much longer sentence than a juvenile would receive for a DUI. The records will always be sealed. There is speculation as to the reason why her license was suspended for 4 years but with no proof, we won't provide any info on these rumours.
By then, she had likely already signed her contract for the movie "Friday Night Lights" which began shooting the following month.
