An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.
An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.
Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by either specific photographs or by footage of filmed media events that show Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within the UK and US Court documents.
