Description:
The Dawes Plan was a U.S. plan devised by Charles Dawes. It was an agreement between The Allies and Germany that made it easier for Germany to pay the war reparations for WWI, because the U.S. loaned Germany $2.5 billion, Germany paid $2 billion to the Allies, and then the Allies paid $2.6 billion back to the U.S.
