Description:
It was a practical outcome of the Truman Doctrine. $17 billion dollars was offered to war-torn countries to aid their recovery after WW2. These countries who accepted the aid had to agree to trade with the US. The USSR told satellite states not to accept Marshall aid.Ajouté au bande de temps:
