Amber Heard requested that Johnny Depp meet her in San Francisco to discuss their divorce despite the fact she had obtained an extension to the TRO which ordered Johnny Depp to have no contact with her or be within 100m. The meeting was arranged by Christian carrion acting as the middle man.

Initially the two met in a house belonging to a friend probably on Wednesday 20 July 2016. The two were watched over by Christian Carino whilst they talked.

Thereafter the meetings took place in the Omni Hotel where Johnny Depp booked a room for the purpose although he and his team were actually staying at The Fairmount. Meeting Johnny Depp alone, potentially with his security close at hand, indicates that Amber Heard had no fear of Johnny Depp or his team.

Full discussion of this meeting and it’s true intent (which could have been an attempt to ‘frame’ Johnny Depp for at the very least breaking the terms of the TRO or worst) was side stepped in the UK Trial. Two years later in the US VA it had been reframed as a mediation attempt.

Johnny Depp’s London Barrister David Sherbourne spoke in detail about this meeting and it’s implications for the first Discovery Documentary.

In her UK Evidence Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp gave her coaster upon which was written ‘I love you Slim, dead or alive’ and although a photograph of this apparently does exist it has never been published. By Virginia this note was handed to Ms Heard later, at the last meeting some days later in a lawyers office and by then Johnny Depp had added his his new telephone number. Again, no photograph has ever been published.
