3 févr. 1870 - 15th Amendment
Ratified
Description:
The amendment which states: “The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” It was what granted Black men in the U.S the ability to vote. There were many loopholes found to stop them from doing such things, however it still made some amount of progress.
