Description:
A supreme court case that ruled that Jim Crow laws were constitutional as long as the segregation/ facilities were "Separate but equal". Even though they stated them as "Separate but equal" in reality they weren't. This was upheld for 68 years until the Civil rights act of 1964 was passed.
