Greg,

I wanted to give you an update. I worked with my Firewall guy for about an hour today. We setup more verbose logging on the firewall to catch any events that happen at the time you experience disconnects. We also added a script to reboot the firewall every day at 6:20 am eastern time. That way, if you try to log in around 6:30, you should be good, but let me know if you still see issues there.

Also, I am going to open a ticket with Spectrum because we are seeing some issues with the internet connection as a whole. I am going to push them to replace the modem as the first step to rule out the hardware onsite. I will let you know when i hear back from them and schedule the tech to come out.
