30 sept. 1938 - Germany annexes Sudentenland

Description:

As Adolf Hitler came to power, he said to have wanted to unite all of the German-speaking people into one united nation. Because of this ideology, Hitler was able to annex the Sudetenland of Czechoslovakia in late September of 1938. However this violated rules and policies set up in the Treaty of Versailles but once again the League of Nations only reprimanded Germany and told them not to go any farther. The lack of response from the League allowed Hitler much more ground than allowed.
