21 juin 1964 - Goodman, Chaney, and Schwerner Murders

Description:

Andrew Goodman, James Earl Chaney, and Michael Henry Schwerner were three young Civil Rights Activists working to register African Americans to vote during Freedom Summer. While investigating a burned down black church, they were arrested on false charges by the Neshoba county police force in Mississippi. They were imprisoned and released into the hands of the KKK, who brutally murdered them. These murders caught national attention through the evil conspiracy between the KKK and the police.
