Description:

After WWII, where Britain ceded Palestine to the U.N. which led to a partition for the creation of an independent Arab and Jewish state due to the rising nationalism and Zionism movement. The Partition Plan also implemented minority and religious rights for each group, as well as the formation of an Economic Union. Though the Jewish Zionist Organization agreed upon it, the Arab government refused, causing civil war to break out.
