Description:
Korematsu v U.S. was essentially a time where the Supreme Court began questioning the constitutionality of the Japanese Internment camps. During this time, some Japanese Americans were being let out into the public to either attend school or work in a factory. Ultimately, the Japanese were almost all released and some of them were given reparations for their lost time and belongings.
