I tried to log into Axess to see when my next shift would be only to find out that I was locked out of my account. So I texted Omar only to be met with confusion about who I was and what I was talking about. He thought I was referring ti a Patient in Big Bear that I had been told I was not qualified for, but finally he realized that I was referring to patient J.B. He then began to explain to me that they were waiting to hear from me and told me I was not locked out of my account, but I was and it took another day to get it reactivated. and I was then scheduled for a shift on the 30th
