Description:
The Interstate Commerce Commision or act was the first act created by the government to regulate or fix rates for interstate transportation more specifically at the time the railroad. This law was signed by Grover Clevland but, would also fare a large amount of importance to Theodore Roosevelt. He would use this act to quelch the unlawful activity on the railroads such as the monopolstic actions of those who ran the railroads.
