Description:
1903 treaty will cease to be in forcePrevious US military actions deemed lawful & valid
Cuba allows the US to keep its naval stations (especially Guantánamo)
If there’s an outbreak of disease in either country, they both have the right to cut off contact with certain ports and territories, for as long as necessary
This agreement will by ratified in accordance to each country’s constitutional methods, will be signed in Washington DC as soon as possible.
