By 1921, Hitler was becoming extremely skilled at public speaking. He was starting gained notoriety outside of the Nazi Party. After a while, people began seeing Hitler and the Nazi Party as a movement to join that could improve their lives. However, during an absence in 1921, Hitler faced a revolt within the Nazi Party. The reason why was cause the original members of the party's executive committee saw Hitler as overbearing and dictatorial. In a move to show how much they needed him he resigned from the party shortly after. After quickly realizing the resignation of Hitler meant the end of the Nazi party, they welcomed him back in open arms and allowed him to have full control over the party.
