Gondul and Abnur Tharn discover the location of Sai Sahan

After being summoned to meet him within the Mages Guild, Gondul speaks to an undercover Abnur about several things.

Abnur explains that the only person who knows the true location of the Amulet of Kings after the Soulburst is Sai Sahan — therefore they must find out where he is located.

Abnur directs Gondul to Knife Ear Grotto in Deshaan, where he knows Mannimarco had previously kept documents. They soon after meet there, moving through the halls of the cave while battling enemies within.

Shortly thereafter, an apparition of Sai Sahan being interrogated by Mannimarco appears. Mannimarco seemed to have known about the Ruby Brotherband during this interrogation, mentioning them by name. This must have been why he targeted and killed Rowena.

Nevertheless, they learn that Sai Sahan is being held prisoner in the Halls of Torment in Coldharbour. Abnur directs Gondul to meet him at the Harborage where they will discuss their next move.

While galloping for the Harborage, Gondul is intercepted by a dark anchor plunging itself in the soil before him. He, along with several other armed soldiers, push back the Daedra and successfully stifle the invading anchor. Gondul then continues on his way.

After arriving at the Harborage, Gondul briefs Varen and Lyris on Sai Sahan's whereabouts, as well as the outcome of the Brotherband's march on Cyrodiil. Lyris was ecstatic to be considered a Legionnaire once again, and Varen seemed solemnly pleased.
