Description:

Per several echos, Kinston's PVS (Pulmonary Valve Stenosis) had come back. Cardiologists attempted to do the same procedure they had done the first time but this time it was not successful. The cardiologists were able to get some good pictures of Kinston's heart and from there decided he needed a Pulmonary Valve replacement. This meant KC would need to have open heart surgery. We were also told that KC would eventually grow out of the new valve and would need a second open heart surgery to replace the old valve with a newer, larger valve in the next 5-8 years.
