Description:

we improved the error validation for the Instant Awards bulk pot uploader. The system will now flag a wider range of errors, including:
- Budgets set to 0 value or to a negative value
- Budget column missing when pots are set to top up automatically on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
- Budget and Allowance cells that are empty
- Budget values that are not numeric
