Description:

Employees can now nominate themselves through our Nomination programmes. This allows them to submit their own achievements and ideas for recognition, sharing them with managers more consistently.
This feature is ideal for:

- Clients with dispersed workforces (e.g. predominantly offline, scattered across several locations, or heavily relying on working from home)
- Clients that rely on self reported recognition
- Clients who run employee suggestion schemes, and want to attach recognition to the best ideas
