Description:

After Lenin formed the Soviet Union, he was the absolute ruler for 2 years before dying in 1924. Prior to his death he state was already getting worse and worse. Losing his ability to speak for instance, although he also recovered tiny amounts and partially regained that ability. Then in 1924 he died and over the course of 3 days around a million people came to see the body. Even though they had to wait in temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius standing in line for hours. His death created an opportunity for Stalin to begin taking over power and to become the next dictator in the TOTALITARIAN society called the Soviet Union.
