I determined the general strike as a progress for Canada based on the benefits it brought to the Canadian workers. Even the protest caused 100 people injured and 2 dead, the effects it brought were more than that. The consequences of the strike included the rights of the workers, fair wages, and began a new era of political involvement for workers.
