0 h 13 min, 5 avr. 1941 ans - Methamphetamine banned

Description:

The German army chose a drug called methamphetamine designed to keep soldiers alert and functional for several hours/days. 35 million methamphetamine tablets were sent to the army and the air force only between April and July in 1940. These methamphetamines were later banned in 1941 under the Opium Act, but despite the ban, a shipment of more than 10 million tablets was sent to the soldiers later that year. [5]
