7 juill. 1937 - 1937 Second Sino Japanese War Japan commits atrocities. Japan declares war on China, invading several Chinese cities like Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanjing. The Nanking massacre caused the deaths of up to 300,000 Chinese civilians. Japan also continues to capture 'comfort' women, as young as 12, to serve for the military.
