Description:
Hugo is one of Blook's closest friends, and the member with the second highest level on the BBG server. He currently lives in the UK in Scotland. Hugo has been on the server since the very start, but has had inactive periods and is not as engaged to the community as some of the other members, however this is changing in modern times.
Hugo originally joined on the same date of the server's creation; the 14th of January, 2018. At the very start of the server's lifespan, he was very inactive in the community, mainly talking to Blook directly via direct messages. This changed when the anarchy realm was put up for the first time, and Hugo started to communicate with the server population about the realm. Hugo was unwelcoming of the invitation of Panda, Syther and Tato at first, but eventually grew fonder of them as time went on.
With the creation of the Blooks Battlegrounds Project and the Server transfer, Hugo did not join the new BBG server straight away as he was on holiday. When Hugo joined the new server, he was extremely motivated by the New leveling system introduced, and wished to surpass Blook at first, but after realizing Blook's activity far surpassed his own, he aimed for second place, A spot he quickly took and still holds to this day.
In the pre hype era Hugo had a lesser presence, being absent from war realm 1 and SWB2 and 3. When the golden era began, Hugo's activity dipped, as he wanted to appease both sides in the IRL troubles, but ultimately sided with Blook and the BBG members. During the Hugo all nighters, Hugo became a closer member of the community for the first time, having his most active night in History and becoming a notable member of RG. Hugo's high level of activity continued to the end of the golden era.
In the greater dark ages, Hugo had a long dormancy of lesser activity. He had many personal things going on within his life, and the drama on the server confused him and drove him away from the server. He still talked frequently, but much less so, especially within the fall from grace. In the dark ages, Hugo's activity picked up again, and he was part of the "Last Actives" group, who's focus was to push BBG through the difficult time. Hugo partook in the BBG podcast when it was created and Betatested NEWWOLRD with Blook, By the time of the rise, when things were getting better again, Hugo's activity stabilized and he began to talk as much as he used to.
During the return of Panda and Tato, Hugo was mistrusting
of them, due to their sudden return. This mindset dispersed slightly as the Renaissance went onward, But as the age of uncertainty began Hugo began to mistrust them again. Hugo was one of the main members on the Loyalist side of the Divide, and campaigned for extreme approaches to fixing it, Almost all of which were shut down by the other Loyalists. At the end of it all, Hugo made amends with many of those part of the Outsider group, and continued to enjoy his time on the server with them. He was nearly overtaken by Syther in the age of uncertainty, but Due to Syther being kicked off discord he kept Second place.
Hugo's activity exponentially rose as the quarantine era began as he became closer with many of the members on the server, He had usually disliked the idea of a more PC, rule strict community like BBG, but began to warm up to it around may last year. Hugo has recently began taking part in realms and events, being a notable name in SWB4, Was part of a team on FWRIII and FWRIV, as well as now taking part in the new legendary events.
Hugo has generally been regarded as a troublemaker throughout history, Having the most modlogs and incidents on the server by more than triple of the person with the second most. He has been disregarding of the rules at times, with his "I'm always right" mindset, but in the more recent months he has proved that he has changed, with his toxicity and mutes decreasing by a huge amount.
Hugo can be characterized as Intelligent, Smart and Cold. He is very analytical and intelligent and provides useful insight in many situations, but his lack of emotional response has lead to issues in the past. Overall, Hugo has had a huge effect on the history of BBG and is one of the few people who have said they have seen it all unfold from the very very start.
