-Mentally defectives should be institutionalized-Belief they’ll otherwise fall into crime or some sort of care eventually
-Residents don’t deserve the privileges and rights, instead should be treated like helpless children
-Higher concern with “high functioning” disabled, for they are more likely to have kids due to “passing”
-The school needs funding to be expanded to house more
