Affects the prices of those living on these lines.

Environmental: Can affect pollution positively in a powerful way by reducing congestion.

Economic: Comparatively cheap compared to the LRT.
Funded by South Korea US$300million loan and the Agencé France de Development (AFD) (Global Mass Transit Report, 2019)
Capital and operating subsidies may burden city finances for years, diverting funds from more socially progressive programs
