Whichever way you look at Brexit you cannot deny the British peoples determination for self rule. The decision for the UK to leave the EU has been a long time in the making, the national sovereignty of the United Kingdom has been slowly eroded over the decades of their involvement while the authority of the EU has increased. The Union that the British joined in the mid 20th century was vastly different to what they left. The main idea and premise of Brexit is the UK's slow distancing and removal of European Union policy's. This has come at a cost however, without the EU, Britain is removed from the largest economic and political union in human history which greatly decreases it's ability to put itself on the world stage. This is only the latest of British Political drama, with no end in sight only time will tell what the British decide to do.
