Description:

When a reformist took control of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, he introduced many democratic reforms and decentralization of the government. Freedoms were granted to citizens that were previously not. However, it did not last too long as the Soviets tried to negotiate but couldn't, and ended up sending in half a million troops to end the Prague Spring.
