Description:
On 10 July, representatives of various nationalities from Zharkent and neighbouring villages (Taranchis, Kazakhs and Dungans) met with envoys from the Przheval’sk, Vernyi and Kopal districts, and other volosts of Zharkent district (Ketmen and Aqsu-Charyn volost’).
