Tom Geisbert views the prepared samples under a the electron microscope and identifies the virus infecting the cells as filoviruses and views many inclusion bodies. Geisbert alerts Peter Jahrling of his findings who then alerts C.J. Peters of the possibility of a filovirus outbreak.
