Hong Kong's lawmaker Dennis Kwok and 30 members of the Hong Kong Chief Executive's election committee's legal subsector launched a black-clothed protest against the amendments to the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance, with an estimated 2,500 to 3,000 people taking part. The police saying there were 880 at peak.
