Abraham Shek, the pro-establishment legislator assigned to host the bill committee of the amendment bill, rescheduled the meeting originally from the afternoon of that day to 11 May 2019. James To, the pan-democrat legislator who originally hosted the committee held its comittee meeting with other pan-deomcrat legislator and set to resume the meeting on the same date and of the same time as Shek's meeting.
