1 sept. 1838 - Darwin Theorizes Natural Selection
Description:
Drawing inspiration from the essay by Thomas Malthus which states that the human population always has more to feed than food available, Darwin creates the theory of natural selection. Natural selection states that in the struggle for existence, only those with the most favorable traits survive to create offspring. This drives evolution forward to create a creature more adapted to it's surroundings.
