Description:
On April 3, 1836, Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery were holding a meeting in the Kirtland temple one week after it was dedicated. As Joseph and Oliver were praying, the received a vision. They saw Jesus, Moses, Elias, and Elijah in their vision. Moses restored the priesthood power to gather Israel (missionary work).
