Description:

Hugo Strange, Chief Psychiatrist at Arkham, believes that he has deduced the possible identity of Batman. To test his theories, he releases Victor Zsasz to murder the targets. Zsasz is eventually stopped by Alfred Pennyworth when he breaks into Wayne Manor. Having been unable to properly test his theory, Strange attacks Wayne himself. Strange is arrested and placed in Arkham, under the supervision of his newly promoted former deputy, Jonathan Crane, who has been poisoning his boss with a chemical that induces paranoia and delusions.
