Description:

At 9:40 p.m., officers on patrol reportedly witnessed a car back up and slam into a parked vehicle. The car then drove into an alley, and three people jumped out and ran away, with the officers chasing them. During the foot chase, one of the suspects, Daniel Hernandez, was allegedly carrying a handgun and was shot and killed by officers.
