About 4:19 p.m., police responded to a domestic violence situation involving an armed man. When officers arrived, they attempted to stop the man who was leaving in a vehicle, and then pursued. After a "slow-speed" pursuit, the man fled on foot into an open field and ran toward the O.C. Fisher Dam spillway.
