Description:

Police responded to a call of a "domestic in progress" around 10:15 p.m. A person had reportedly fired shots inside the home, according to a family member. The person fled on foot across the street and into a wooded area and fired multiple shots. As deputies made contact, the person reportedly pointed his weapon at them. Deputies then shot and killed him.
