Description:

Warrants for Troy Chase Caster were obtained by Rowan County Sheriff's Office for felony attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. Following a multi-county chase, Caster was shot and killed at approximately 7:30 a.m. He allegedly fired at officers.
