Description:

Officers were called around 12:30 p.m. to check the condition of a person after the property manager called police to report that a bullet hole had been found in a wall of one of the units. A Waterbury police officer arrived to the home, and a person there displayed a gun. A struggle began between the officers and a person, and was shot and killed.
