Description:

An off-duty officer said that a person was breaking into his home at around 10:30 am. The person allegedly ran into a nearby detached garage and barricaded the doors. Police arrived, and the person fired several shots from the garage during negotiations and eventually tried to run away, and police shot and killed him.
