Description:

Akir got a stomach illness while staying at the camp during the dry season. She got the illness drinking the small portions of muddy water. The family decided to walk 300 miles to a medical center to treat the illness. The doctor said Akir must only drink fresh water and to boil the water before drinking, but with the small amounts at the camp that is not possible.
